CATOOSA – The town of Catoosa has gotten some out-of-state help in its efforts to recover from a tornado.  Residents of Cedar Springs, Mich., and the town’s chamber of commerce have presented more than $5,000 to help Catoosa rebuild.

City Manager Frank Walsh and his wife, Shar, have established a $40,000 scholarship fund to help St. Joseph High School seniors who face financial hardship, as Frank Walsh announced [in February 2005] at a St. Joseph Public Schools’ Board of Education meeting.
